This is pointless, the precedent has been set YEARS ago. If you catch someone in the act, eyewitnessing isn't enough - bring fraps, screenshots, logs and the kitchen sink along. An alarming percentage of people in this server have witnessed punishable grief, yet pleas fall on deaf ears because they have no 'proof'. And now you're asking people to take you for your word.

TL;DR

Probably because mem blurring isn't suppoosed to be an exploit (should not CH), and should be a legit way to run interference in VP. Also server staff opted not to address its legality (I'm sure you petitioned it 500 times, they must have been deciding or something), then Rogean said it was allowed. When Nilbog came out and said it's a bug/exploit, it wasn't used any more. FWIW I wiped TMO raids back then and never used mem blur.
