Mistmoore Castle , more exp then outdoors and you can use harmony for safe pulls.

Thats the place i lvled my ranger also. I really recommend it.

Ya I liked mistmoore leveling up also. Nice little spot to bow kite once you clear the zone in by the tower. If you wana try kunark you can do over there also. But kunark mobs seem to hit harder and have aloy more hp

Seconded, Mistmoore is a ranger playground... good solo xp into the early 40's.

I cannot recommend Mistmoore highly enough. Good till 40-41 then head over to SOLB, you can kill in SOLA for fine steel, ore, and drops and sell to either merchant in zone (use sneak for the goblin).

HHK guards are insane for ranger, really cannot recommend them enough.
