That's a nice simple formula. I remember reading a couple of years ago on the forum that DEX only made a difference at huge leaps, like between 100 and 199 dex you'd have the same proc rate but at 200 it would increase or something like that. I guess that was wrong? This formula also means there's no soft cap, which is unusual.
