I think you can get a fizzle if you're DA and use an instant click or pot, if you're DA and try to cast a spell (as a caster) you'll get the "you cannot cast spells while immune" message, but i think its a fizzle if youre using a clicky. Just a hunch...

Some awsome person that's currently in game should try that and report back

just tried da and jboots with my cleric and it won't let you even cast it so that's wrong. can't confirm the pots.
