TMO only offered up Tal, Gore, and Sev.
Tal drops nothing relevant, they offered up Gore because they didn't think anyone could kill it, and Sev stopped being offered when they realized green scales fetched a premium price. BDA offered up everything at least once. One of our Dojo's we gave away had a brass knuckle that Raenin from Div now wears. Many Trak BPs went to other guilds. Can't really compare the two sharing plans.

As for how we went about offering the mobs up to the server, why we did it, who benefitted, how long we did it for, and what mobs it was on... it doesn't matter Per Jack Nicholson - I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to. and Zeelot has ordered a Code Red Mt. Dew before... | |||

As an aside, I've long been a proponent, within the internal TMO dialogue, that we should greatly expand the endangered species list to all targets on a rotating basis excluding Trak and Phara`Dar.
However, I've noticed that when outsiders raise the banner of indignation internal resistance to the idea increases dramatically. This is not to say that the server brings it upon itself. Not at all. This is simply an observation, use it as you will. When we're accused of being patronizing for having the list at all, people want to kill it. When we're accused of being control freaks for only sharing table scrap mobs (say, outdoor dragons), people want to stop the list. When we're accused of being anti-social children for killing every target, people want to lock it down harder. The more you rally against someone, the harder they'll push back. Every time TMO is vilified (rightly or wrongly), a specific mentality is inflamed. Certain actions and statements, however justifiable, true, or untrue, are adding fuel to the fire. Food for thought.

Moving on, you say you shared mobs and link posts about it. Timestamp check anyone? What's that? An entire year ago? I'm sorry, but your argument is weak. Was TMO sharing these mobs when going head to head with IB or any of the other raid guilds that were on top? Our claim isn't false. Time frames matter. Guilds breathing down your neck since you attempt your first Trak ever matters. Like I've said countless times before: We will keep showing up. We aren't going anywhere. See you next spawn.
