Says my character is logged in?

It's doing it again tonight. Been 2 hours waiting and says Error 1018, character still logged in. I closed the game client, the launcher, and rebooted.

I know for a fact that nobody is logging in to my character besides me.

I think it might be happening if I log out to character screen, and log another character in to play, but do not close the client. It has happened to me twice, and both times I am pretty sure I logged out to character menu and picked another character.

From now on I will be sure to fully close the client before trying to play another character, and see if it keeps happening.
