Here's a novel idea, if you're being griefed somewhere exp somewhere else.

I haven't been griefed while lvling...was just speaking in general terms as to what alot of the new players go through on here. The entire reason behind this post was about server population. I guess someone can't make a post without being told they are raging though.

I've always given away extra assets I've had. Plat, items, if I am not using it I jsut gift it. Anyways only a few (maybe 5%) of the players I've helped have stayed. So yesterday I tried a new approach.

First I asked if any newb needed 200pp. I got about 7 tells. I then offered 200pp to any newb who brings me food/water on ogre island in TD. Pretty much all they had to do is run to oasis and take a boat (that boat runs faster than the others.) After I added that stipulation noone bothered. The thing was I was actually going to give them close to 500pp (i had like 2k gold on me) but noone wanted to work for it. 500pp let alone 200pp is alot for a newb. Kinda getting tired of the attitude new players have. They think that because we want more players, we should hold their hands all the way to 50. I dunno, they got it pretty good imo. Xp bonus we didnt have. they arent PKed everywhere they go.

meh im ramblin also im bored. cant get groups on my 50+. soloquest can only entertain me for so long til i either quit or roll a new toon.

yep, back in my day had to travel 15 zones uphill in the snow without invis to get pk'ed on the boat as a DE cleric trying to get to unrest

im hoping a new wave of players gets into group range for my bard. gonna chillax on blue for a bit to let people catch up.

a little QQ though,

i still feel like red is a bastard child. been bumping some classic changes for a week now. no response. i know they dont answer to us, ect but I feel like a simple response isnt asking for much. this is still the best pvp server out right now so i really cant QQ too much. xp rate is fine but there are no groups to be had. may your blades never dull.
