Chaining DA agro to hold FTE for 20+ seconds while your guild prepares is stalling, regardless of how it is ruled, and hopefully the GMs realize that and change it.

This was discussed heavily in 2011. It's 2013 now. Nothing has changed. Interpret that as you please.

Would've done this ages ago if I had been part of the staff. The time they (used to?) spent on raid disputes... ridiculous. Could've always thought of a new system once Velious is out and/or P99 v2.0 is released.

it wasn't a month, but it was around 2 weeks + before she overturned it. Amelinda hated being wrong about anything and didn't like to admit it or fix the mistakes she made.

Yup 2 weeks is about the correct timeline. It was also promised that the emerald was going back to TR at the time.. but oopsies it had already been turned in by then! Nothing came of it.

Loly: 17 is close enough to 20, and the intention I gather from reading into it is that DD had planned on FDing agro and Zeelot had planned on picking it up. With 2 DA timers that makes it 36 seconds I think?

Who really cares though.. be it 10, 17, 20, 25, 30, anything more than 2 or 3 is fucked up and stalling and needs to be fixed. Spin that as you may.

It was almost a week after he turned it in that IB started talking about seeing the encounter logs and another week or so before Amelinda finally spoke up and did something about it.

The first situation was nothing like all the situations that followed. All the ones that followed were just races to turn in before there could be a ruling. Xanthias turned his in after the first ruling.

To be perfectly honest, both sides knew this when I was playing (IB/VD & TMO) and nearly every time things were up in the air, they'd race to turn in.

This time looks different to me from the outside, from the comments in here, it's almost as if they tried for the KS just to do rush turn-ins. However, who knows, it's hard to tell by RnF comments.

Same exact situation that happened bout a month ago, when zeelot saw we were stalling and pulled trak off of us.


How can this ruling be any different, same thing happened this time cept to TMO.

can easily do 99% of the dmg to a mob and KS it.
