Just an idea, I had to do this to solve some major issues I was having... switch EQ to use just one core. You can do that in EQEmu options. Worth trying to see if it solves the issues, was a night and day difference for me.

Code:
2013-03-04 21:35:10	D3DXCreateTextureFromFileEx()	failed to create texture spela2.tga	for	particle system.
This could mean anything (driver failure, memory exhaustion, or...), but second thing (after Ocura's suggestion) you can try is a fresh install of EQ Titan because it could be a corrupt install. One thing you can probably look at is the VM size of eqgame.exe in Task Manager when it's running to see if it's that large. It won't show you the other type of memory exhaustion (from graphics card), but it could point to some probable causes.

Nvidia drivers have always (for as long as I can remember) had a notorious memory leak. I realize it's not a choice that you have, but I've always had more stability across all games from ATI as a result of this. May not be the issue in your case, though, because you're saying it takes forever even to log in.
