I give up. I'm a cheating piece of trash who looted his epic off a Fire Beetle in East Commons at level 3 and didn't report the bug.

In addition I acquired the IVU skill via the Rogue Trainer in Freeport and maxed it at 200 at level 5. Also didn't report.

Ban me.

Never did I Demand an IVU sir. I just asked for CR. Either way, it just seemed weird that a 38 Rogue had an epic.
