Was the bet made in writing? What were the stipulations? I'm not sifting through multiple pages across several threads, someone do all the work for me.

Also, did you shake on it? I remember kids would do this a lot when faced with the losing side of a bet. Whoever lost should invoke the 'We didn't shake on it' defense. It's basically the end all be all to bet reneging.

He stated the bet openly in say, with 100 witnesses, then went on to say, "signed alarti" The terms were tmo would receive loot from either trak or Fay. Crowds and alartis bet was tmo would receive loot from Fay, I have all ss of said bets. All tells between alarti and crowds. Also have all logs with timestamps, because when tmo says prove it, I am prepared to.
