The ultimate Solo/Afk class is druid/wiz as stated above, at least at level 35 +. Normally I do a quadkite and have to let mana regen for about 6-8 min to do it again safely (whithout clarity).
If you manage to get to level 47 and until 53, the ULTIMATE solo/afk spot is probably aviaks in TD, nothing aggro you while medding so you can safely do anything else even without hiding. My 2cp
