Why don't you tell me, since you seem to think you know? I can think of a single instance off the top of my head (when a decision was made a month after the raid), but I don't really keep track of that sort of thing.

Nilbog stated not long ago that sometimes stuff doesn't get removed because there's not a foolproof means of finding all items without excessive toil. Hopefully that is about to change, though.

Million plat has never been on kc mobs normal loot table, however locket is an item that was on chief loot table, and I never read any server messages telling the server not to camp said mob. If gms knew the mob was dropping locket again and didn't remove his spawn then I'm guessing they were not overly concerned. After all are we going to say all non classic timeline lootcamping is cheating, if so ban everyone.

talked to a friend and was informed this was petitioned the first time it dropped and the response was "thanks for informing us." Would TMO have even self-reported? Certainly not if it was on an alt or preferably unguilded char. TM Eccezan.

I'm pretty sure GMs are aware of the situation. They read guild chat 24/7 anyway.
