The first 3 will be implemented, but not for a very long time (one of the last additions to the server).

The 4th will never be here, unless the devs decide to add in some post-Luclin stuff without Luclin itself.

You're better off just getting a dragon talisman in Velious, at least. The easiest one is still better than any of the Qeynos badges.
