Are you talking about the one that grants see invis? If so, they are not on P99.

Ya, I'm talking about these ones: http://wiki.project1999.org/Qeynos_Badge_Quests

The last one is the only one with see invis, and the wiki page makes it sound like the first three are supposed to be in? Thanks for the help by the way.
