Hiya,
If you haven't yet found a note on it, this may help. http://www.eqtraders.com/articles/ar...=g83&menustr=0 Skill ups are gained by making Practice Runes and combining them (up to a certain point) or by combining Pages based on your skill level. If you can, spend your level gain points on it until it says you can't gain any more skill that way. I think that would get you to at least 20(ish) with out the stress of Runes or Pages. | ||
