I haven't had any of this here yet, but did see some of this in the past on grand creation. It's an emu, so expect it now and then, more than on live. Do you have fraps? I think the GM's would have no excuse if you had a video of the situation, or any future problems. I have it set on my quick launch.
Shouldn't have to use fraps, all they have to do is check the logs to see if someone's story checks out. They can track the path of a single coin in the game, putting 2 and 2 together to see that someone trained isn't that hard.

Are you implying that shit like this doesn't happen on live? This happens all the time in EQ, and you have to trust that the GMs will 1) get to it eventually and 2) deal with it fairly.

I do think the game could use more guides to help with this stuff, but then its a double edged sword when you allow ppl into the guide program who might use it unfairly to their or their guild's advantage. There is a balance to be struck, and it seems that the devs do a fairly good job of it here, at least imo.
Aside from asking for an IP exemption so I can LAN with one of my friends (which was promptly responded to...now if I can only get ahold of him to find out his account name), none of my petition/exploit posts have ever even been LOOKED AT, let alone responded to.

Aside from Rogean and Cyrius, I have never seen a GM/guide online. A lot of the problems with other people that come up in MMOs are the types of things that need an immediate response or it is just going to get worse and make the 'victim' not want to play, which hurts the game. Campstealing, repeated training, etc are all things that need to be solved within the hour (in my experiences on EQ live pre-Luclin, I never waited longer than 20 minutes for a GM response).

I had someone stealing mobs from me in Highkeep a couple weeks ago and actually got the response 'one of the devs is my guild leader (Wrathful Inquisition) do you really think I'm going to get in trouble?' Things like this are what ruins the game. I'm not sure if it's true or not, but just the mere thought of it is pretty awful and I know that was not the intention of this project to allow people to bully others around just because they volunteered their services or know someone who has some sort of status on P99.

Not that I know of. Chat logs, yes, if they choose to. Items like a coin can be tracked by ID in the database and using query, sure. Actions or movement are something else, would be too intensive to log. The more they log, the harder on the server. Logs can leave reasonable doubt, videos can show intention. Everyone gets traned, that's EQ, but having proof that it was intentional is another matter.
