Yea this is classic spawn then. I just want to confirm that this is correct on blue. Others seem to believe you should just kill all the Graveyard mobs. Killing Graveyard probably works but you have to wait for the mob to path back down to that area. Will go back to gating mobs near Graveyard and having someone wait for something to pop. Thank you.
