Not summoning and fleed at 20%

I don't see anything wrong with his summoning ability.

As far as fleeing, he should flee. Perhaps not at 20%? What should it be?

Well patch notes say he and trak will now flee at 20% but the not summoning might be a bug.

Banish was related to the Hole expansion being disabled. Corrected in game for pvp.
