I would assume that you cannot hold Quillmane and just stall, as I would consider her a contested mob.
Theres no holding any mob, if your not engaged in actively killing it its ffa. people have tried this forever root a mob for 45 minutes while your buddy runs from 5 zones over, meanwhile you have 6 people watching waiting for him to get a resist and die.
