I remember having this same kind of disconnect issue in World of Warcraft. It was beyond annoying because it wasn't an immediate disconnect. It was kind of a "you know it's coming thing" where you can't do anything for 20-30 seconds and then bam, disconnected. It would happen randomly, then not at all for a couple weeks, and then come back. Pretty sure it was from somewhere in the lines between me and the server. Nothing you can really fix.
