Also...it doesnt matter who is left alive at the end, what matters is who is first on the encounter log of the mobs death as well as the particular context of the fight. If a mob doesnt not reset and you engage, regardless of if the other raid ends up wiping sometime later, it is not yours.

Well I didn't talk to Sirken myself or really discuss it much with my guild, so I don't really know what the issue is here with Trak exactly. I thought at this point though that only sustained engages were considered viable. I thought the disengage thing more applied to like FTE after initial engage DT from Inny or whatever. And on top of that, actually having a force and trying to kill the mob at least a little bit.
