Well according to the White Knights of Fair Norrath Trade attempted RMT is the same thing as RMT. They don't need hard evidence to convict you just someone accusing you.

It's not about RMT or attempted RMT, it's the fact that you got caught. You should have paid more attention on the proper methods of RMT during your orientation period in TMO, they are good at what they do.
