Don't worry, I'm 34 years old and I've discovered by now that a little bit of integrity is more important than worrying about whether someone thinks I'm a snitch, tattle-tale, etc. Yes, I'll identify and report blatantly offensive names and I don't care what that makes me in your eyes.

You can go by this rough guidelines:

No titles, Name and Lastname should not form words or phrases, Names should not be phrases, brand names, etc. ...

Just about every name in Siri's list violates the rule as laid out by Cyrius, who is a Senior Server Guide here. You can use common sense to know that those names are god-awful, or you can apply the rule quoted above to figure it out.
