ya ditto here, I was a big proponent of global ooc but all it is now is a huge turn off to new players as they see the same old "LOL YELLOW TEETH UR KIDS SUCK U FAT FAG NO LIFE LOL LOL U BAD" 24/7. Should remove it or start enforcing suspensions for global ooc abuse / time limit between uses.
