Yeah it sucks that there wasn't any reward for everyone who helped with the research, especially those who helped a lot in the thread, but the titles werne't given out to random people. It was given out to 5 people who were part of the original GM event that followed the GM around solving riddles for 5+ hours straight, and who participated in the research over the following week + 1 person who 'happened to be there' but was extremely helpful in the thread and in coming up with theories with us.

Don't post much on R&F (obvious reasons). First, Spoolie i'd like to say you're a pretty cool guy in game. But my question is who are you talking about that didn't contribute and was just "sucking GM dick"?

Cyrano, Pyrocat, Quadian, and I all helped Ghaz. Go back to the thread and look, everyone had put in time and effort. Hell this dude Dildor ran around RPing perfectly (annoying evil Necromancer), but ended up disappearing on us eventually.

I didn't post much on the forums because during that week I had Final exams. Most of my links were directed toward Ghaz when I found them at school studying. I read a lot of the stuff, googled, a bunch of stuff, ran across the Norrath with selos for everyone in the group multiple times.

So please do not think that any one of us is "undeserving". Most people who know me know me to be quite a nice person, but seriously guys?

The funny thing is, this is exactly how it went down on live =P. Not everyone got titles, not everyone got GM event items at all. People get lucky ALL THE TIME. I'm gonna say it and it's shitty but it really isn't fair. But that was classic EQ =P. And honestly the truth? I was just glad I was apart of it. It sucks that you weren't and I'm sorry for that, but there WILL be other events.

Also, if you really want to quest, Mixxit had said there will be future events, something to the extent of one each expansion/zone release or whatever. So watch out for them. And also, i'm positive they've learned from this event to make sure to be able to tell more people. People make mistakes =P.

Finally, yes there are seven titles. The five mentioned in the OP and I have seen two "the Lorekeepers" titles for a kithicor event.

Anyway, have a nice day! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
