Sad to. The quests were meant to be Kunark content, but the Dev's for Verant/SOE are ADD and they never got finished. Is a pimp little weapon.

The stats are arguably better than the epic though: 14/24 with 75hp/10STA, 15AC. But the real problem is the devs just can't put a weapon in that stuns up to L61.
