Having killed this guy many times, I can tell you that this is a fairly rare drop. Working this out will be pretty difficult due to the spawn rare.
You're best off finding a tracker who can check the spawn daily and contact you to log in and loot it should it actually drop. Good luck! | ||

I was under the impression that all the items for TFM were guaranteed drops. I didn't have to kill anything more than once. Maybe I was just very lucky[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
