Why is the server down atm?

Im assuming DDoS I was logged in for less than 5 minutes, go to check my bank and next thing I know im laggin out.

I believe it was another DDoS attack. Two actually. One happened about 2 hours ago-ish? After the server came back up, it was up for around 20 minutes or so, then happened again. I saw no Broadcast of the server coming down, so I don't believe it was a patch.

Kind of a bummer, 3 yellows till 29, sittin here bored =(
