Umad is the typical response when someone else has no logical rebuttal to what you have said. So they just say LOL U MAD and act like they won the argument. Come on man this is Internet 101. It's hard to really "win" an argument over the internet so generally it ends up with who got "mad".

I'm sorry this is happening Dredge. Unfortunately what's happenig to you happens a lot because there are always individuals in every group that need to harass others, it makes them feel important.

Think of the internet like a giant middleshcool. Everyone is trying to create a persona for themselves and will go at any lengths to get a leg up. I would suggest not posting pictures of yourself or revealing any personal information in the future.

There are some psychos out there, that whole gore thing that went around on the boards a while ago (I viewed the worst pictures I have ever seen, and hope to ever see in my life) and that taught me a lesson. It's your job to protect yourself, if you don't you generally can only blame yourself.

Play the game, have fun but don't believe everyone you meet will generally respect you as a person, it just won't happen. Take measures to protect yourself and learn to let those individuals that just won't let up to just slide off your back. They are the very very very vocal minority, most people just want to have fun like you.

Heh, Dredge posted some really gory stuff in RnF not too long ago. I think one picture was the pieces of a guy who was blown to bits by a land mine or something. Regardless, Dredge definitely is not the most wholesome character.

He is still alright in my book, but I am split between him actually taking the flaming so seriously that he has been mentally broken or if this whole thing is an elaborate troll. The flames actually died down many times and everyone dispersed, but dredge would reignite them in some way or another. This post being another.
