You initiated the bracer trade with Vrynn. Interestingly enough, you received the boots because you completed a partial MQ someone didn't finish. By handing in the Dufrenite, you completed the items necessary for the boot quest.

Kyralynn offers the bracer quest.

WOW. Thats hilarious. What are the chances of that hahah. I gotta stop drinking when playing because I screwed that up entirely. Thanks again man.
