So far this year total, I have had maybe 4 mixed drinks, about a dozen beers, a dozen ciders or hard lemonades and maybe 6 glasses of wine, zero shots.

I must be an alcoholic? I know a little about spirits from my family owning a bar/restaurant for 35 years.
