How can you equate tolerance to subservience?? Do you really believe that people will just bend over backwards for people who immigrate/emigrate to another country?? Holy shit, you must be a Birther who believes everything Rush, Trump, and Beck say...Do you really think countries like Britain (a world power for centuries, and #1 ally of the USA), Austria, France, Germany, Holland, etc. will be bowing to Mecca?
