1) many areas are camped and many areas are not camped. it depends on time of day, the specific camp, and how lucky you are. if theres somebody camping an item they are usually willing to tell you when they are gonna take off.

3) every group has bad apples. while you're going to find immature kids, you're going to meet a lot more mature types overall. and just a friendly reminder, /ignore works. so you can ignore people you dont want talking to you.
