Hes probably referring to this. For donals bp, 20 seconds got pushed to 30 seconds during velious

Donal's BP is 20 seconds from Kunark -> Velious +14 days.

The above thread discusses the patch message of December 19, and people confirmed the casting time was increased to 30 seconds.

Today's patch primarily consists of tuning of Velious zones as well as content and other additions. In addition, the following changes have been implemented on the Live servers:

- High-end items that have a activatable (right-click) healing effect have in several cases had their casting times increased.

These threads from the day after the December 19, 2000, patch also confirm it was a 20 second casting time from Kunark -> Velious + 14 days.

It was me he was fighting that he thought was using a bp from inventory while wearing fungi.

That's not true at all, I was switching from fungi to bp after zoning and getting a heal off before others would zone after me.

The Rogue Trak BP heal being petitioned about I counted out a few times and it was about an 8second cast time. hard to confuse 3 seconds with 8 but when you're losing the fight you tend to exaggerate.

here's a picture of my ui and the way i switch bp's from my switcharoo bag which is on my g9 key on my keyboard. I'm constantly switching out equipment situationally, including yet another MR bp in my G3 key bag.

You can see the BP equipment slot on my left hotbar and my switchout bags on my right. You can also see by the weapon equip slot next to a weapon in my inventory slot that I'm frequently switching weapons also. Lunacy, I know, to be so adaptable situationally, but some of us have good macro and micro.
