Washington State legalizes Marijuana

can you grow it w/o any sort of licensing/regulations? Unless you can, I wouldn't really consider it a true legalization, its a regulatory system. don't get me wrong its a step in the right direction for sure, I just wanted to get some clarification on you are calling 'legalized'

seriously, decriminalize it, take all the laws about it off the books and quit making all these schemes to make the distributors rich

and while your at it let all the non-violent drug offenders out of prison
