Just had this fuckin delicious but simple meal.
Pasta with chicken and bell peppers and sauce and feta (i want a copyright on that imaginative title) Ingredients: - Cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, pasta - Garlic, onions, bell peppers, feta cheese, pot of ragu-style veggie sauce (pick one thats good yea, here we have these artisanal style sauce, i had a 4 cheese sauce) - Pieces of chicken (I sometimes do this without chicken, if you are veggie its still good) --------------- Linguinis ---> boil em and cook em. - In a large pan, put oil, onions and garlic, with some cumin powder and coriander powder. Season the chicken in a separate bowl with coriander powder and salt, try to spread the mixture well. - Brown em a little then add chicken. Cook for a couple of minutes, add bell peppers. Cook a bit more, then pour sauce on top, and add the feta cheese. - let that shit simmer for 10-15 minutes so the flavors blend. The end. | ||
