Do you think it is socially acceptable for to be proud in being white?

People tend to think whites are the most racist but I think Asians are major contender for that title. Go and try being black in China or Japan, I dare you. Also, Asian immigrants who come to the United States just fucking destroy whites on standardized tests within one generation. They also go on to have a higher median annual income. Take that, whitey.

Even so, "white pride" isn't socially acceptable, even though we're the most accomplished collection of cultures in human history. I don't see how it's hard to comprehend why that is, with racism being such a prevalent attitude. I believe the thought "Our race is awesome" kind of implies "Better than your race". I think black pride, hispanic pride, or any racial pride is equally illegitimate for the same reasons-- if you want to combat racism, don't do it by further differentiating, discriminating, and identifying based on race. But here's an easy fix, call it 'culture' and suddenly it's not so bad.

What's totally fucked up is that they did a study with little black toddler girls, and gave them a little white doll and a black doll, and asked them which one was more beautiful, which was nicer, etc-- and they overwhelmingly favored the white doll. It'd break my heart if it wasn't petrified with cholesterol.
