Blue Mountain Coffee is really good, the real blue mountin stuff from Jamaica. Most specialty coffee houses should have it, I get mine for about $40/lb near me. It's worth it, very good. This is assuming you only grind right before brewing.
My friend recently took over a local coffee place. He got really snobby about grinding and brewing equipment.

I thought it was ridiculous and all coffee tasted the same but goddammit if those cheap grocery store beans run through a burr grinder and brewed with this fancy pourover thing wasn't worlds better. More amazing when he used the expensive beans.

I guess what I am saying is if you're going to try other beans, make sure you try at least one batch run through a decent grinder and a french press or something other than auto-drip.

I had a similar revelation after I bought a grinder few years back. It's just so much better fresh than if you even grind it the day before and let it sit. World of difference is right.
