Zomg...this is the rules lawyering Rogean was worried about. And we're getting it on a freaking Hadden spawn.
If someones at a spawn and camping it, don't be a dick and pull it. If you arrive at the camp and someone is just sitting there staring at the mob, send a tell and ask if they're camping it. I don't know if what the OP says is true, but either way the FTE BS on a solo camp is ridiculous if someone has been sitting on it.

Aint everything just FTE? to camp something you have to be on top of spawn / agro range and get FTE.... obviously if a bard ran up and got him before you could stand up and attack him, you where too far away from the camp/mob and did not get FTE
