Let's look at blacks in America, the people who you currently have your panties in a bunch over.

1) the already refer to each other as ****** in friendly and not-so friendly situations. (regardless of spelling or how they pronounce the word)

2) most black people now laugh it up, make jokes about it regularly and generally try to move on and let the word lose it's shock factor. The only people trying to keep up on the stage would be closet racist whites, those people who are so afraid of other people and their skin color, they don't want to try and upset them with a silly word.

3) Black Americans are moving forward from the word and downplaying it's meaning, closet racist White Americans are trying to hinder the progression by keeping the shock value in the word.

Please, continue fighting the good fight you racist asshole.

If you say so. I still don't see people running around in my office or company using the word, and I doubt it's due to all of them being closet racist. But keep on keeping on I guess.

Some at home, probably go and get in a small space where no one can see them... then say it and giggle with their hands over their mouth.

Some probably go to lunch with each other, park at the end of a parking lot with no one around and they just say ****** to each other over and over and giggle.

Some of your black co-workers probably switch on their gansta as soon as they change clothes.
