Can I get my faction up in most of Kelethin and Felwithe somehow, starting with the orcs obviously? And what Neriak factions are lowered by killing the orcs, is it just the warrior guild? I'm sure it's possible - but it would take a VERY long time. Just plan ahead and pack your spells, sell to druid ring vendors, and trade little coins out with noobs when you can. You can also change your coins by buying/selling things from a vendor. If they have the right kinds of junk on them, you don't lose that much in the transactions. Indigo Brotherhood will bottom out pretty fast if you level in CB, but that shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Also - some cleric spells are sold by druid ring vendors, so you could spend a big chunk of copper/silver on those if you plan ahead.
