Uh, those look like "Disco Fries". I have no idea where that name came from or how its even applicable to that, but that's what I've seen them called!

That dog looks like (s)he's ready to party.

Mmmmm, I was just in Montreal for UFC 113 and had the honor of trying poutine. Amazing, great for drunks....horrible for hangovers lol.
