Cant connect to server or website

My brother and friend are having this same problem: tracert shows packets being blocked, they can't get to the website or forums, and the game won't run (with or without the EQEmu launcher). I'm posting here in their stead, since they can't access the website or game.

Has anyone found the cause or a work around? We all played about a month ago with no trouble. Is it possible their IPs have been banned for some reason?
