How not to ask for a rez ever

Normally when I cold call someone for a rez I'm civil about it, like:

"Hey man I'm sorry to bother you but I _______. If you could rez me I'd really appreciate it and I can pay you for your trouble."

And I try to make sure my corpse gets dragged to them even if it means cold calling a rogue and paying them to drag it.

At the same time I don't have much fondness for a cleric who isn't generous with rezzes, or acts like a snob. It just seems un-clericlike. If you want to blow off other people that's cool, but go play a necromancer or something.
