I seem to remember on Live, that when grouping, 3 hours would typically net me one blue in 59; if it was a really good group then I could get a blue in 2 hours.

It is generally better than that on here. My 59 rogue gets 2/3 or 3/4 of a blue in an hour in a typical group in KC. It'd be a bit better in HS or seb or chardok probably, probably 1 blue per hour.

Perhaps this is partially attributable to less overcrowding in zones? I'm only level 49 here and so obviously have never done anything in KC or OS, but I get the impression that groups can pull more in these dungeons on P99 than they could on Live.
