rogue backstab caps?

bump I know someone must have made note of this while lvling up with a ragebringer twink.
I had a friend awhile ago that did a RB mq rogue and I seem to rembember him bragging about 400-500dmg backstabs at lvl 30. My rogue has not yet broke 300BS and I have pretty high str (could be higher) so I was starting to wonder if there was a ninja nerf or a cap or if he was just full of shit.

this pretty much sums it up. at 60 with max str but no atk buffs my backstabs are usually in the 200-400 range max around 500 with a lot more min backstabs(120) thrown in than max. with disc's popped if i can land a backstab its usually 500-700. tbh i think the highest backstab i think ive seen against a mob was somewhere around 830, but i dont really parse so these are just guesstimates.

ive noticed max backstabs are ALOT more common against players

in all honestly, the numbers really feel wrong, i know backstab has been adjusted numerous times over the last year i just hope some day they can find a happy medium, as it stands min backstabs seem way to common than max
