If same level as caster you start at 12 which means you need 124fr to outright resist. Which makes the spell possible to fully resist but difficult unless fully buffed and no debuffs have landed. However if you're 8 levels below the caster you start at -47 and need 183fr to outright resist which is really tough unless you have a bard and no debuffs.
