What Tubble said. Your delay isn't reset after the cast. Pretty cool for Shamans using JBB and the Barb hammer or epic, you always get a hit in between casts. Same could be applied for an SK using longer casting spells with a 2H, but then again if you're just going for aggro you dont have that long of a cast time, really only Drain Spirit is over 2.5 seconds.
