Kaladim bone chips may have been nerfed to some extent, but they still give pretty good exp for low levels. This quest though (polar bear skins) has been nerfed almost out of existence in terms of exp. There's also Wrath orc wristbands with Cindl, which I remember being even better in terms of exp. I haven't had a chance to try that one yet.
It's very difficult trying to pin down the amount of experience that various quests used to give, as almost all the old boards don't go back that far. I just know that this one is way, way out of line from what it was.
